StoreSentinel is a Shopify app that monitors store health signals (chargebacks, refunds, fulfillment speed, cancellations, policy compliance) and alerts merchants when they approach Shopify's suspension thresholds. Scores are risk indicators based on your Shopify API data — not official Shopify communication.
Paid plans include a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start the trial. You will be charged after the trial ends unless you cancel. Cancellation during the trial incurs no charge.
Subscriptions are billed through Shopify's billing system. Monthly plans renew every 30 days. Annual plans renew every 12 months. All prices are in EUR and exclude applicable taxes.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by uninstalling the app or through the Billing page in the app. Monthly subscriptions end at the end of the current billing period. Annual subscriptions are non-refundable after the 14-day trial period, except as required by applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.
We access your Shopify store data (orders, disputes, products) in read-only mode to calculate health scores. We store aggregated metrics, not individual customer data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
StoreSentinel provides risk indicators to help you monitor your store health. We do not guarantee the accuracy of scores or that using our service will prevent Shopify account actions. Our scores are not official Shopify data. StoreSentinel is not affiliated with or endorsed by Shopify Inc.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, StoreSentinel's liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the jurisdiction where StoreSentinel is established. Any disputes shall be subject to the applicable courts, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence provide otherwise.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify active subscribers via email before material changes take effect.
